MODERN CRYOTHERAPY TECHNOLOGY
The CryoPen cryosurgical device represents one of the most advanced cryotherapy solutions available. A micro-jet of cryogenic gas (N₂O) at a freezing temperature of -89°C is delivered under high pressure directly to the lesion targeted for cosmetic or medical removal.
Thanks to the ultra-fine cryogenic jet, treatment can be performed with an accuracy of up to 1 mm, allowing even very small lesions to be removed without damaging surrounding tissue and with minimal risk of scarring.
The cryogen penetrates tissue at a rate of approximately 1 mm every 5 seconds. A lesion measuring 2 mm can therefore be treated in as little as 10 seconds.
An additional advantage is that no special preparation is required before treatment.
The level of discomfort experienced during cryosurgical removal of skin lesions and warts varies from person to person and depends on the type and size of the lesion, as well as the individual's sensitivity.
